Starruby-Beechleaf-Pendant “Freyja”
Nature and my love for leaves led me to another leafpendant which I have named “Freyja”! The beechforest was recognized by the Celtic tribes as a maternal being and the Germans dedicated it to their goddess Freya (or Freyja). In the Celtic circle of trees, the beech stands for intuition and permanence. The stone in this unique piece of jewelry is satrruby. Pendant dimensions: 5.8 x 3.2 cm (2.28 x 1.26″). When making my jewelry, I put a lot of love for detail and my whole personal dedication into every single piece! Because I want my jewelery to express its wearer’s self-respect and self-dignity!
For the setting I used pure, nickel-free copper wire, which I patinated and polished. This gives it that antique look.
Embellish yourself with the power of stones!
Here I have listed the possible effects for this Starruby-BeechLeaf-Pendant for those of you who care about the effects of the healing stones in gemstone jewelry.
Possible effects of Starruby:
For Michael Gienger, the starruby stands for engergy, pep and movement on the spirituall level. For esensuality and sexuality, optimism and joy of life on the subconscious level. And on the mental level for correct assessment of one’s own strength.
About copper:
Copper has been one of the most important metals in human history for many centuries. Since it is very easy to work with, it has been used by the oldest known cultures. And since the Middle Ages, the radiant and healing effects of this metal have been reported.
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been told that if you’re insomniac, put copper under your bed to protect yourself from harmful radiation. My grandmother always wore a copper bracelet. She kept saying that she uses it against her rheumatic joint pain. My father-in-law, for whom I made a copper bracelet for these ailments, swears by it since he has been wearing it. My grandmother also said that all people of a certain age should wear copper because it protects against joint wear and calcification.
In the “Big Encyclopedia of Healing Stones, Herbs and Fragrances” one speaks about powerful healing properties on the blood. Furthermore, copper also strengthens the immune system and supports women with their periods through its anticonvulsant properties. Michael Gienger also quotes the last statement in his book “Heilsteine”. Furthermore, copper stands for him for beauty on the spiritual level and promotes the feeling for aesthetics, harmony and love for all beings on the subconscious level. In the mental area, it lives up to his words, playful creativity and promotes a sense of justice.
